Anyone interested in joining the Neighborhood Watch Program please send an email to east.mountain.neighborhood.assn@gmail.com.  We are fortunate to have a very safe and somewhat crime-free neighborhood and this program can only improve our quality of life in East Mountain. If you suspect a crime is happening, or if you are in danger, do not call your neighborhood watch captain or commander, call the local police at 203-574-6911 or if it is an emergency call 911.
