The meeting began with the pledge of allegiance led by Patrick Norton
Our speaker was Sandy Micalizzi from the Heart Center
She spoke about Angioplasty, Balloons, and Open Heart Surgery. Those people with high cholesterol
And Diabetes. She works with senior centers. She said how important it is to ask your doctor for your
Records. She gave us several hand outs.
Secretary’s report was given by Nancy Ptak. Welcome our new neighbor Sunday Defelice at 1331
Hamilton Avenue.
Treasurer’s report was given by Jean Guisto. Our balance $9,284.13 less $750.00 for scholarship, and
Approx $1,500.00 for brick expenses leaves about $ 7,000.00.
The park reopening committee reported that June 27th is the date Saturday from 11:00 to 3:00(rain date 6-28 Sunday) Some things will be done like flag raising,blessing,parade,history,EMAA to do food,band,icecream and more.
Park money. Excess $ 22,300.00
It was discussed that $7,800.00 for Park, $2,500.00 to EMAA and $12,000.00 to the golf course
It was also discussed to split the money equally. $7,000.00 each
The golf course does provide a place for our yearly tree lighting.
Jean Guisto strongly opposed to 55% going to the clubhouse. Barb and Mike Stere agree with Jean.
Mike Guisto added that it costs $12,000.00 for equipment for baseball season.
Turner Langdon said there is inequality between girls and boys sports equipment at EMAA
Mike Ptak suggests we spend some on plantings, perennials and a band for the opening ceremonies
Restraints on the money. We cannot wait too long or it will be taken back by the State
Other suggestion was Security Cameras, cinder blocks for equipment storage, and batting cages, exercise

Joe Padoa gave a police report. ATV in prospect. Van was stolen. Bank robbery was an inside job.
Bunker Hill had two white males at the bus stop. Kohls had GPS systems stolen. Soverign Bank had a
Robbery. At seven angels car had keys in it.
We will be spending some funds for the evergreen tree to be reshaped. Other possible expenditures for
Wendell Cross redoing flag pole, ice cream. Nezi called about the ad book for the church. Mike Guisto
Made a motion we do the same as last year $ 200.00. Mike Ptak seconded the motion. Motion carries.
New Business, Josh Angelus asked we support GWIM and their food drive in March.
We suggested we send check directly to GWIM for $250.00. Mike Ptak made the motion Mike Guisto
Seconded the motion.
The meeting was adjourned by Mike Guisto making a motion and Mike Stere seconded.
We all went out to face the slow ride home through the snow.
