Patrick Norton began the pledge of allegiance.

 

Nancy Ptak gave the Secretary’s report.  A hard copy of the minutes was available for review.

The sympathy cards sent were to John Mancini family at 1315 Hamilton Avenue, William Fitzpatrick

Family of 160 Pineridge Road and the John Barlow Sr. family care of John Barlow Jr. in Middlebury.

 

New members are Matthew Bernardini and Megan Haywood at 131 Farrell Road, Ashley and Eric Nuhfer

At 75 Westport Drive and Matthew Miller of 1354 Hamilton Avenue.

 

A Christmas card was received from Mayor Jarjura. 

 

Jean Guisto gave the Treasurer’s report.  Our current balance is $ 7519.27 less $ 500.00 for the

Scholarship fund and anticipated brick expenses of $ 1,200.00 approx. 

 

 

Under New Business the Casino Trip was discussed.  The date will be March 28th Saturday from 11:00am

To 8:00 p.m.  Tickets are $ 30.00 nonrefundable per person.  A deposit will be taken to ensure a seat on the

Bus.  Nezi will do a letter for the website. 

 

Joe Padua gave a report about burglaries that occurred on Split Rock at 171 and at 25. GPS systems were

Stolen.  Someone at Kmart Wal-Mart Plaza had presents stolen also.  The man seen was described as 30 to

40 years old wearing fatigues and driving a white station wagon.  There was criminal mischief reported on

Alma Street. Someone slashed tires.  At the Hamilton Park Rink a 28-year-old male was seen hanging

Around from New York. Erin Norton asked about any gang activity at school. Joe said there were some

Fights at school.  Bob Perigard saw someone on a park bench at East Mountain Park with a suitcase. 

 

There was a motion to adjourn by Jean Guisto and Ceil Davino seconded the motion.
