Sympathy Cards were sent to Anna DeBlasio 36 Pineridge Road for the death of her son Allan

Robert McGovern 38 Gayfield Road for the death of his sister, Mrs Minnie Mitchell 807 Prospect Road Waterbury for the death of her husband, and Veronica Ayotte 58 Split Rock Drive for the death of her brother.

Get Well cards were sent to Tom Romaniello 30 Gayfield Road,Jean Semeraro 82 Fleetwood Drive and Mike Guisto 31 Brackenridge Drive. New Neighbors were Kenneth Westerman 54 Gayfield Road and Randy Boyer and Karen Hellmann 53 Brackenridge Drive.

The Treasurer's report was given by Jean Guisto.

Joe Padua informed us about some speed traps , a robbery on 218 Sylvan Avenue , Larceny on 20 Quarry Hill and on 99 Eastside Blvd as well as 866 and 812 Hamilton Avenue.

Dan Lauer was our replacement speaker for Chief Gugliotti who had another engagement.

He informed us we are proud to say for the 7th straight year we have the best low crime rate in the state.

Election of Officers for President and Secretary were held. Michael Ptak and Stacey Kearney were elected.

Flags were taken down and stored . We lost 46 flags due to damadge. Jean made a motion we spend $1,500 on new flags and 3 poles before the price goes up in 2010. Bob Perigard seconded the motion.

The cost of flags is $13.50 for 60 or $13.00 for 75 flags. Poles cost $19.00. A 10x6 flag cost $92.00

Carolers and our annual tree lighting with Santa was a success.

We had a raffle for a GPS system won by Nancy Santarpia.

Meeting was adjourned due to our pot luck party.
