Pledge of Alligiance was led by Mike Ptak.

 

Correction from September minutes. Josh from WNC said they have no political affiliation.

 

Secretary’s Report:

New Neighbors: Pierina & Carlos Concalves, 17 Peach Orchard Lane.

                           David & Lori Muccino, 101 Shadybrook Lane.

                            Maureen Valliant, 173 Sprucedale Dr.

Sympathy Cards: Mrs. Margaret Desnoyers, 6 Split Rock Rd. (death of husband Gerald)

 

Treasurer’s Report:

Beginning Balance:   $4495.72

Net Income:               $1512.66

Ending Balance:         $6008.38

Less Scholarship:       $ 750.00

Available Cash:          $5258.38

 

Police Report:

Seat Belt enforcement starts Oct. 24.

Burglaries on Edgewood Ave. and also on Pearl Lake Rd.(rifles stolen). Car break ins in Wolcott.

 

Paver Flag Updates:

Dave Perugini will be volunteering to do this.

 

WNC :

Membership discussion. They are not as political as they used to be. Bob Perigard suggests joining and attending a few meetings to see what its all about. EMNA would need 3 representatives. Nancy Ptak wants to work for East Mountain, not the WNC. Mike Ptaks motion to Bob’s idea is for Bob to ngo as an observer.

 

Nominating Committee:

Nominee for President: Bob Perigard

Nominee for Secretary: Stacey Kearney

Larry Davino would like 3-4 people on the nominating committee next year.

Shrine of St. Annes is having a Wounded Warrior breakfast on November 13.

 

Tree Lighting:

Will be held at golf course on Sunday, December 4, 2011 at  5 pm. There will be caroling, hot chocolate, food and of course Santa!

 

Old Business:

Website renewal is $75.00. Motion by Jean and seconded by Larry.

 

New Business:

Rich Godsils home number put on our website by Sally McGovern.

Flag at the park has to be replaced because of weather damage.
