Pot Luck Dinner will be held at the December 21, 2011
meeting. The meeting will start at 6:30 instead of 7:00. Please bring something
to share with others.

Police Report:
Seat belt enforcement and DUI patrols out for the holidays. Litter ticket fine
is $100.00. Meriden Road robbery – 4 suspects caught. Person called city clerks office threatening to blow up City Hall. Nancy Ptak asked if there was any new about the sex offender.
Police don’t know. Lock doors at mall
and at home. Park in well-lit areas.
Harpers Ferry Rd. and East Main St. – someone hit
control box. New one should be in in a few weeks.
Church Update: Father
Danny is in Lebanon for a few weeks.
January Meeting has been rescheduled for January 25,2012.
Paver Flag Update: Put off until spring.
WNC: tabled
until this week. Bob Perigard attended a meeting. There were 22 attendees
representing 19 neighborhood associations. Meeting consisted of Awards Night.
Discussed Post College Stadium lights on Country Club Rd. Bob wants to observe
a few more meetings.

Internal Audit of Finances:
By-Laws state that this must be done every year but has never been done. We
need some volunteers to examine them. Bill Paternostro,
Bill Byrnes, and Tim Connolly have been chosen and will look back 3 years.They will come back with a written report at the
December or January meeting.
Christmas Tree Lighting: Will be held Sunday, December 4. Santa will be
arriving at 5:30 on the fire truck. Please bring baked goods and non-perishable
food items. There will also be Christmas caroling.
The city of Waterbury will be scaled down this year
due to storm damage.
We would like to extend invites to the Jarjura and O’Neill families.
Motion by Mike to spend $100.00 to
spend for the East Mountain Tree.
Nancy Ptak seconded.
Storm Tree removal is getting around to pick up trees
and branches. Leave them at the end of your driveway.
Mike Ptak and Bob Perigard
attended the Wounded Warriors Breakfast, about 200 people attended.
Harold Andrew had heart surgery and was in Yale-New
Haven Hopsital. He has now been moved to Gaylord.
Motion made by Bob Perigard and seconded by Larry Davino to donate $100.00 to the WATR Sunshine Fund.
Turner Langdon announced that Kevin Jannetty announced a new fixed rate if your power bill is
through his company till Dec. 2012. Phone number for Kevin is 203-929-3200.
