A discussion of Family Night At the Park was discussed. The Mayor's Commission of Arts and Tourism polled there members and they would pay $365.00 for the cost of the movie. Bill Burns could supply a generator. We discussed Having Frankie's pull cart come and getting a popcorn machine. Bob Perigard brought up advertising and crowd control. Keep it a neighborhood event. Ned Mencio wondered if we accept the $365.00 do we need to open it up to the public? Turner suggested we advertise one time and see what happens. Maureen wanted to know if we we need to hire police?

Nezi Noujaim suggested $750.00 for student scholarship. Ned Mencio seconded it.

Speaker suggestions for upcoming meetings included Andrew Martelli about City Hall renovations, Mike Jarjura and Historian Phil Benevento. Another suggestion was to have someone come in to explain the electric bill choice situation.

A motion was brought up to change the March 17 meeting to March 24 due to St. Patricks Day. Everyone agreed to moving the meeting to March 24.

New carpeting will be installed in the church basement in February.

We still have EMNA polo shirts for sale.

Nezi brought up a casino bus trip for March 27. A sign up sheet went around the meeting and will go around next meeting.

Officer Joe Padua gave the police report. Broken Vehicle on Oakridge Dr. Naugatuck has had a rash of car break-ins. The west end is having problems with GPS systems being stolen out of cars. Copper piping is also being stolen and there is a problem with people buying door to door fundraisers and not receiving them.

Ann Phelan from the Board of Aldermen listened to neighborhood problems: ice issues on Rockledge Dr. and by the Wendall Cross school driveway.

Motion to Adjourn by Bob and seconded by Larry.

Respectfully submitted
